Well Child Visits

Prevention is the key to good health. We are committed to providing excellent health maintenance and preventive services to our patients. We offer wellness visits for all children from birth to 18 years of age. Our wellness visits are comprehensive, so expect to spend at least an hour with us as we provide the following services:

• Complete history and physical


• Vaccinations


• Developmental screening


• Laboratory screening


• Vision and hearing screening (for all ages)


• Health education and guidance

We recommend that children receive a well child checkup yearly after age 2. The schedule for exams prior to age 2 is as follows:

• 3-5 days of life


• 2-4 weeks


• 2 months


• 4 months


• 6 months


• 9 months


• 12 months


• 15 months


• 18 months


• 24 months
