We are committed to providing wellness care (check-ups, vaccines, etc.) and management of pediatric conditions, as well as same-day sick care (including urgent care) to our patients. We believe children are cared for best when all of these services are provided by a qualified pediatric provider. This requires that we balance our schedule between "prescheduled" events (like check-ups) and the immediate needs of providing sick and urgent care. To accomplish this we have devised an innovative approach to scheduling. Our schedule is divided into two categories, Preferred Care and Express Kids.

Late Policy

Patients must be in the clinic AND HAVE COMPLETED ONLINE CHECK-IN by their appointment time. Check-in normally takes 5-10 minutes, but may take up to 30 minutes. The best practice is to complete online check-in at home on your computer or on your mobile device before your visit. If you cannot complete online check-in prior to your visit, please make plans to arrive 20-30 minutes early. Allow more time if more than one child is being seen. You are also welcome to come by our office any time before your visit and borrow our computers. If you fail to arrive and complete registration by your child's appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment. Your cooperation with these policies will assure that everyone is seen in a timely way and prevent late patients from causing delays for other patients.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our other patients who may be waiting for an appointment opening, please let us know if you cannot make your appointment as soon as you know you will not be able to make it (Note: you can do this online even after hours). Failure to notify our staff within 2 hours of the appointment time will be considered a "missed" appointment. Repeatedly missing appointments may result in your dismissal from the practice.
